At 4 months Gwynn has learned some new tricks.
- Gwynn is 25 1/2 inches tall and weighs 14.2 lbs. This puts her in the 93rd percentile for height and the 74th percentile for weight. Tall and slim.
- Gwynn can roll over from her belly to her back and from her back to her belly. She turned from back to belly right after 3 months but didn’t do belly to back until last week.
- Gwynn is teething. For now her gums are sore and she’s drooling a lot and sometimes she gets a bit cranky until she gets some orajel. Everything goes into her mouth.
- Gwynn sleeps for most of the night. She’ll eat around 6pm and won’t eat again until we wake her for her 10pm feeding. After that she’ll sleep until 6. In fact, she’ll sleep later if we let her, but we’ve got to get going for our day.
- Gwynn is very good at grasping objects and exploring what’s around her. She loves playing in her jumper and spinning around to check out the latest score in a football game.
- Gwynn isn’t standing by any means, but she’s good at holding herself up as long as she’s got somebody to keep her balance. We’re thinking she’ll be an early walker.
- She occasionally holds her bottle while she’s feeding.
