Camping (not really)

Mimi, Aunt Sherry and Uncle Kenny went camping at Oak Mountain and we decided to visit them to see if the kids might want to go camping themselves.

A view of the set up. They’ve got running water, electricity and a building with a shower and bathroom 50 yards away.

“Who wants to go camping?” Gwynn isn’t so sure yet.

The campsite was next to a playground with several swings and perhaps the scariest slide ever. It must be 30 years old and was narrow at the top with no barriers on the sides so the kids could fall down about 10 feet fairly easily.

“You better gimme that marshmallow!”
