Gwynn's Island - Day 3

Ready to go "fishing." The only bait they had was gummy fish and goldfish crackers. 

There's a sponge on the end and when it gets wet it expands and it looks like you've caught a fish.

Uncle Jack caught all sorts of creatures.

Luke caught some watermelon. 

We had no idea where this dog came from, but the kids had a blast playing with him.

Gwynn's Island - Day 2

Day 2 started with Mass and then a family reunion at Aunt Reba's house.

Daddy got stuck at the kid's table.

Hanging out at Uncle Jack's place.

Borrowing some bikes to use around the island.

Yay!

Gwynn's Island - Day 1

It's that time again! Time for a trip to Gwynn's Island.

This is the house Pop grew up in.

Made it to the beach.

Luke loved this hat.

Going out on an afternoon walk.

We celebrated Gwynn's actual birthday as we usually do - with streamers, balloons, and sweets.

Daddy is not a morning person.

Gwynn had her name on the school marquee.

Birthday girl lunch with Mommy, Daddy, Luke, Grandma, and Pop.

Gwynn chose The Melting Pot for dinner and Mimi joined us too! 

July 4th

It's July 4th - that means OLS, Mimi's, fireworks, and brownies and ice cream.

Walking in like we own the place.

Jacob is saying "I just pooped my pants while you're holding me."
