Gwynn Plays Soccer

So it begins! Sports for the kids. Sportsblast near our house offered soccer for 3 year olds on Sundays and so we decided to jump into it. Daddy was an assistant coach. Each practice would last about an hour with half being skills practice and the other half an unscored game against another team. Of course, Daddy kept score.

Here coach Daddy tries to coax Gwynn into going into the game.

Sometimes Gwynn would participate, sometimes not. Here she’s going full bore.

Luke’s Birthday Party

For Luke’s birthday this year we had his party at the Hoover Fire Station. We went to a party earlier in the year for one of their daycare friends and it was a lot of fun so we decided to have Luke’s party there too.

There’s a large playground next to the Fire Station where the kids played.

Birthday date

On the kid’s birthday day we take them out for a special day just for them. However, lately the birthday child has asked to take the other kid along as well.

First stop: Chuck E. Cheese.
