With Halloween being on a Friday this year we missed out on going to a Pumpkin Patch before the 31st with all the other activities we had. However, we did find one on the way to Tuscaloosa that was open on November 1st.
It had all of the regular Pumpkin Patch activities – like a petting zoo.
Luke thinks goats are funny.
Gwynn finds them hilarious.
They both love bunnies.
We had the hay ride all to ourselves.
Lookin’ for pumpkins.
It was a pretty day to start November.
The kids decided on smaller pumpkins this year.
Luke loved for the corn crib.
“Forget a waterbed, I want a corn bed”
Inflatables = kid gold
Luke had a harder time getting up, but he eventually made it.
They also had a slide that didn’t have such a soft landing, hence daddy’s pained expression.
Gwynn is queen of the hay stack.
Daddy contemplating a zipline ride.
It wasn’t too scary.
A corn maze. Or a “maize maze” if you will.
If push came to shove we could have just walked through the corn.
Luke preparing for a future career as a farmer.
Yup.
