Gwynn’s friend from daycare, Jane, had her 3rd Birthday at the Galleria. We’ve been looking forward to this for a few weeks now!
The party started off in the food court where we had gummy bears, cake, and juice. Gwynn was very shy at first, but after a few minutes came around a little bit.
After singing "Happy Birthday" we made our way down to the Build-a-Bear Workshop. We had to wait a little while for another party to finish up…Gwynn did great waiting patiently and following directions.
Then, we got to pick our animals. Ever since we told Gwynn about this birthday party and that she was going to get to make a stuffed animal she’s been saying she wanted a rabbit. I was really hoping they’d have a bunny rabbit and thank goodness, they did! Gwynn couldn’t quite understand why the rabbit was so skinny (it didn’t have stuffing inside yet).
Next, we put a heart in the bunny, then stuffed it!
Finally our bunny was ready! Time to give it a bath (Gwynn’s favorite part).
We had a great time at Build-a-Bear and can’t wait to go back. We plan on making this bear for Luke when we go again!
Gwynn named her bunny “Teddy Bear,” put some bows on her ears, and got a pretty cool “house” to take her home in.
