Once again we spent Christmas morning at our house. This time we had two kids on the move and one (Gwynn) that had something of an idea of what was going on.
The stash.
Luke’s stash.
Gwynn’s stash.
Making our way down.
Luke didn’t quite know what was going on.
Getting the first view of all the gifts.
Jackpot!
Gwynn is pretty good about opening presents but sometimes she needs help getting them started.
Luke took a while to warm up to the idea of opening presents.
Getting the hang of it.
They really loaded up.
We had enough wrapping paper to cover the entire state of Colorado.
Gwynn got lots of band-aids – or as she calls them “a-nuts”. They won’t last until February.
Luke showing off a present.
Luke channeled the strength of Hercules to pick up all the presents. Some were as big as he is.
“Lift with your legs – not your back!”
Elmo looks scared for some reason.
They unwrapped presents for what seemed like an eternity.
Gwynn got a Mickey Mouse Clubhouse ornament that she immediately put on the tree.
Taking a quick break.
Some nice sports balls for Luke.
Uh oh, looks like we’re done for now. Don’t worry though, there’s more presents to exchange other places.
We love having two little ones on Christmas morning…makes it so much more fun than when it was just us!!
