1st Day of School

Gwynn's riding to school with her friend Ben...she was so excited to see him!

Gwynn was way more excited about school than this...we need to work on smiling for pictures.

1st Homework Assignment

Gwynn was very excited about getting her 1st homework assignment from "Meet the Teacher." Mommy and Daddy were pretty excited too...we've been looking forward to helping with homework for 5 years! Gwynn worked very hard on this "All About Me" page and did a great job. 

Meet the Teacher

Gwynn had "Meet the Teacher" at her school today. We got to take her supplies and meet Mrs. Thomas for the first time! 

We spent the majority of the time labeling Gwynn's crayons...at least if she loses one she'll be able to find it and know it's hers! :-)

Happy Birthday Grandma and Uncle Jack!

Grandma and Uncle Jack's birthdays are both in August, so we had a joint Birthday Party at our house! 

Here Grandma is reading Gwynn and Luke's favorite book "The Book with No Pictures." The kids thought it was hilarious!

It's not a party unless we break out "corn hole." Pop made Uncle Jack awesome Eagles-themed boards.

Stuffed Animal Sleepover

Our local Chick-fil-a hosted a "Stuffed Animal Sleepover." The kids had so much fun! They dropped their animals off when we ate dinner, then we went back the next morning for breakfast and to pick up our animals. They even had pictures waiting on us to show us what their animals did that night! SO FUN!

Gwynn wrote a letter to her Wonder Woman Bear.
