We got together with Brandon, Abbie, and Emerson to celebrate Christmas and Brandon’s birthday. Gwynn is now a pro at opening presents.
Emerson enjoyed it too, but needed a little help from his Mommy.

Luke is out of his mind excited about his new toy. He is the most jaded 4 month old ever.

Grandma and Pop gave us a McWane Membership for Christmas, so we decided to take the kids before we had to go back to school.
Luke was alert, but uninterested.

After visiting everyone for Christmas, we had lots of time off to just hang around the house and play.
Gwynn loves to give her brother all of his blankets, bibs, toys, etc. I just don’t think she gets the concept that he doesn’t need them all at the same time (while he’s trying to sleep).
She sure does love her little brother.

Luke has really gotten into holding on to things and has even started to chew on them too. Here he is with Sophie the Giraffe.
Over the break we worked on potty-training Gwynn. She used the potty three times, but hasn’t shown much interest since then.

Gwynn’s favorite thing to do with her new chair is stand in it and then make it fall over and land on the floor. She’ll do that over and over and laugh the whole time. She hasn’t gotten hurt yet, but we see that happening in the near future.
She enjoys the containers more than the toys that are in them!

Gwynn had to wake him up and show him the Christmas cow she got last year.
After enjoying Christmas Eve and Christmas morning in Birmingham, we decided to head down to Tuscaloosa so we could see Aunt Jen (before she went back to Oklahoma), Uncle Jack and his family, and Grandma and Pop.
