Oak Mountain State Park with Mimi

We had such a fun day at Oak Mountain with Mimi! Picnic, playing on the playground, and checking out the birds...

We play in the basement a lot these days...it's nice to have an extra play area in the house that the kids can destroy have fun in!

Grandma and Pop were in town today, so the kids got the good popsicles! 

McWane

McWane Center had a weekend exhibit that included lots of huge construction equipment so we decided to head down to check it out.

Gymnastics Meet

Without any Bama football games to watch, we decided to get our Crimson Tide fix by going to a gymnastics meet. 

The kids enjoyed it, but they got a bit antsy after a while, so we walked around to see what was going on around the Coliseum.

Family Date Night

Our local Chick-fil-A hosted a "Family Date Night" tonight. Usually they have "Daddy-Daughter Date Night" or "Mother-Son Date Night" so we knew we had to take advantage when we could all go on a date together!
